Alessi Moritz Lariat Necklaces Included in Entertainment Weekly 2004 Oscar® Party Celebrity Gift Basket

March 5 2004--Sunday night, the biggest buzz on the red carpet outside Elaine's at Entertainment Weekly's 2004 Oscar Party wasn't the latest celebrity arrival, it was the arrival of the hot new jewelry by design team Alessi Moritz.

The necklaces were included in the gift baskets given to each celebrity attending EW's annual Oscar viewing party as they entered on the red carpet. Celebrity Wrangler Lori Levine was distributing the baskets while wearing one of the necklaces said that many of the attendees "went wild" for the necklaces and several placed orders for additional necklaces on the spot.

Celebrity attendees who received the necklaces included Sarah Jessica Parker, Candace Bushnell, Edie Falco, Mariska Hargitay, Liza Minnelli, Kelly Ripa, Shannon Doherty, Jessica Simpson, Sharon Osbourne, Star Jones (The View) and Victoria's Secret model Frederique Van Der Wal.
